All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate access nature of digital services, all subscription fees (including monthly/yearly plans) are final transactions once paid and no refunds will be provided. This includes but is not limited to the following situations:
- Successfully processed and downloaded images
- Services used normally during subscription period
- Cancellation due to personal reasons
- Dissatisfaction with processing results but service functions normally
- Free services during trial period
- Behavior violating terms of use
Service Interruption Exception
If there is a major service interruption lasting more than 72 hours that is not caused by force majeure, users may apply for compensation of equivalent service time. This compensation is the only remedy and does not involve cash refunds.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any questions about charges, please contact q9425916@gmail.com within 7 business days and provide:
- Transaction ID
- Charge receipt
- Problem description
We will investigate and provide a written response within 15 business days.
Policy Change Rights
elimination.pictures reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Revised policies will take effect immediately after being publicly announced on the website.

By paying subscription fees, you:
- Have fully understood and accepted this policy
- Confirm the special nature of digital services
- Agree to waive any right to request refunds
